Highett Common

Highett Common is a development of luxury apartments, townhomes, and terraces surrounded by four hectares of parkland, which encompass a three-hectare nature reserve and a one-hectare park.

Highett Common brings nature and refined living to the heart of Highett, a suburb of Melbourne, at 37 Graham Road. The project is Melbourne’s premier master-planned Bayside village with over 42% of the site dedicated to green open space.

The 9.3-hectare precinct features diverse types of homes, oriented to take advantage of the leafy views. Boasting a biophilic design and a range of eco-conscious initiatives, the development is sustainably designed to become the first Net Zero Community in Victoria.

Delivered across two to three levels, the townhomes have an open design, allowing greater flexibility as family needs change over time. Each townhouse has been spatially planned from the ground up, allocating extra space for entertainment and family life. With living areas across the lower level, the upper level has space for an additional living zone, home office, and hobby or media room.

Highett Common also offers a selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and terraces. The homes are full of light, warmth, and space, each unit featuring an open-plan design, private outdoor living areas, and expansive walls of windows.

The precinct has resort-like amenities, including an indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, gymnasiums, wellness hubs, and a community library. Located next to Melbourne’s premium suburbs, Highett Common is conveniently positioned next to retail hubs and accessible from schools and academic institutions.

The developer was named winner, Best Apartment Landscape Design, Best Eco Friendly Apartment Development, and Best Apartment Development (Victoria), at the 6th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia).
