Greenland International Industrial Center at Kota Deltamas

Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) is an industrial estate that follows an integrated township development concept. It is a modern and eco-friendly industrial estate located in Kota Deltamas, covering a total development area of approximately 2,167 hectares.

GIIC not only offers excellent services but also provides a comfortable and green environment with top-notch infrastructures. It is strategically located in the industrial area east of Jakarta and is accessible via the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 37 toll road.

Kota Deltamas is developed by PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk., a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land and Sojitz Corporation from Japan.
