Eastvara: The Light of Asia

Eastvara is a commercial compound that follows a semi-outdoor concept, integrating nature with a fresh, modern, aesthetically pleasing architectural concept influenced by Asian culture.

Located in the heart of West BSD CITY, Eastvara has a large captive market in a location surrounded by 14 residential areas, 60 clusters, and up to 10,000 densely populated houses dominated by millennials and young people.

Eastvara can be divided into four zones, namely Urban Groove, Spring Ville, The Light Atrium, and Sunset Boulevard. Occupying the main area, the Urban Groove zone caters to the young set with a regularly updated series of art installations alongside retail tenants. The Spring Ville zone, designed in bright colours, is ideal for shoppers with children, thanks to its play centre, F&B establishments, and fashion shops. The Light Atrium zone has a stage that can host a variety of special performances and carries modern products from gadgets to cosmetics. The Sunset Boulevard Zone presents a range of F&B tenants, representing diverse cuisines, on a minimalistic scale, with Asian design touches such as tabebuya trees.

In the afternoon, visitors can enjoy spectacular, Instagram-worthy sunset views from every corner of the shopping mall.

Set to open in Q2 2024, this new lifestyle commercial centre can be reached via various toll roads. Eastvara will later be integrated with various public transportation modes such as the BSD City feeder bus and shuttle as well as the Commuterline trains via the Cisauk station.
