Andaru Collection Niseko

Andaru Collection Niseko is a collection of luxury villas in the renowned ski destination of Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan.

The development is conceived as a luxury village, blending modern Japanese and Balinese styles together. The villas are set against the magnificent backdrop of Mount Yotei.

Boasting a direct view of the iconic volcano from the Kabayama area of Niseko, Andaru Collection Niseko stands on a premium, sought-after location in the centre of all the ski mountains and lifts. The villas are approximately just a five to 10-minute drive away from all the lifts and mountains.

The development is one of the latest projects by Blue Waves Group. The project started in late 2016 with a design from local architect Koichi Ishiguro of ISA Design in collaboration with master-planner Paul Ma and main contractor Iwata Chizaki.

This project was named Winner, Best Completed Housing/Landed Development (Asia) and Best Housing/Landed Interior Design (Asia) at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2022.
