A Breathing Aesthetic Resort Community, also known as ANZONE, is a hospitality retreat with a distinct aesthetic philosophy. The project, situated in Beijing, adheres to a coherent balance of colour and atmosphere while preserving the building’s original texture. 

Located two kilometres east of Diaoyutai village in Miyun County, this Zen-like space has a tranquil ambiance. It offers guests a space that nurtures the healing of both spirit and mind—an endless source of serenity. 

The interplay of raw concrete’s coolness and the warmth of natural daylight forms a cohesive whole. The tea room, combining minimalist sensibilities with modern craftsmanship, serves as a refined backdrop for social gatherings and meaningful exchanges. 

At ANZONE, nature remains a consistent theme. Sitting by the window with a cup of tea, guests can fully immerse themselves in the Zen-tea experience, embracing the esoteric essence of Japanese aesthetics.  

The developer was named Winner, Best Mixed Use Architectural Design (Asia) at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, as well as Best Bespoke Hotel Interior Design (Mainland China) at the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China).
