Huiyin graduated from the University of West of England, Bristol and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. Despite undergone professional training as a Barrister at Law, however, her legal practice focuses mainly in the field of real estate and corporate commercial. She has been engaged by individual and corporate clients including corporations, banks, developers, start-ups and societies. Her years of practice in corporate real estate has given her extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of various types of real property, commercial leasing, property development and joint venture projects, mergers and acquisitions of property-related companies and associated legal due diligence exercise.
