Hui Yin is the Managing Partner of Tan Chap & Associates. She is a graduate of the University of West of England, Bristol, and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. She has undergone professional training as a Barrister at Law, and from there she began her legal career across varied areas of litigation. With this experience forming a strong foundation for her skillset, her practice later transitioned mainly into corporate commercial and real estate matters.
Her experience in the corporate commercial and real estate fields has been honed by providing advice to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, corporations, banks, developers, start-ups, and societies. She has gathered extensive experience in corporate real estate matters throughout her practice, including acquisition and disposal of various types of real property, commercial leasing, property development and joint venture projects, mergers, acquisitions of property-related companies.
