Seth is the Managing Director of Mentabuild, a market leading construction consultancy in Bangkok, Thailand. He leads a 130+ strong multidisciplinary team delivering Construction Cost Management (Quantity Surveying), Project & Construction Management and Environmental Advisory services, with over 1,100 projects completed across the region.
With more than 24 years of international experience, Seth has built an accomplished track record of projects across Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. He is recognised for combining technical depth in commercial management with strategic project leadership, supporting developers and investors in navigating complex developments with confidence and commercial clarity.
Seth currently serves on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Southeast Asia Regional Advisory Board and the Management Committee of the Association of Quantity Surveyors Thailand (AQST). He is also an active RICS and AIQS APC Assessor, contributing to the development of the next generation of chartered construction professionals.
