Mr Oliver H.C. Wee, President of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), is a veteran with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds significant national appointments, serving on the board of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). Mr Oliver HC Wee was honoured with the CIDB Fellow Award in 2023. Internationally, Mr. Wee holds key leadership roles, including Board Member for the International Asian & Western Pacific Contractors Association (IFAWPCA) and representing IFAWPCA as Ambassador to International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). He is also Past Chairman of ASEAN Constructors’ Federation (ACF), Committee Member of the RCEP Industrial Cooperation Committee under ASEAN Business Council (CABC), International Mediator, Dispute Resolution Panel for China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) and Panel of Experts for Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM).
