Kelvin was the Founding CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT and has won multiple awards for leading the company in scaling new heights. He is currently the Lead Independent Director of Starhill Global REIT and Addvalue Technologies Ltd as well as the Chairman of EC World REIT. He is also the Global Council Member of ACCA, Member of ISCA Corporate Governance & Risk Management Committee and Council Member/IR Fellow of SGListCos. He brings over 30 years of experience in fund management, real estate investments, and senior leadership roles across several REITS.
