Josh is a senior associate at the international law firm Allen & Overy’s Yangon office. Before he moved to Yangon, he spent nearly four years as an associate in A&O’s London office. In Myanmar, he has been advising the firm’s key clients in their inbound investment into the country in the context of M&A and banking transactions including real estate transactions. He has given talks on legal developments in Myanmar at various venues including Chatham House, London. He also serves as vice chairman to the legal working group under the British Chamber of Commerce, Myanmar.
