With 19 years of experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, Cristina leads sustainability strategy and environmental design for complex buildings, precincts, and major destinations. A Chartered Engineer, she works across the full development process, from early planning and net zero roadmaps through design and delivery. Her portfolio includes Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort 2, the One Bangkok mixed-use masterplan and the Clarke Quay redevelopment, as well as the Greater Sentosa Master Plan and Sentosa’s island-wide outdoor thermal comfort programme. Her expertise spans decarbonisation energy and carbon performance, climate-responsive design, and the creation of comfortable, people-centred environments. Cristina applies strategic thinking and rigorous technical analysis to evaluate whether sustainability ambitions are credible, measurable and genuinely embedded in the planning and design of buildings, precincts, and public spaces. She focuses on practical solutions that deliver meaningful environmental outcomes while improving people’s experience of places.
