Special Recognition in Sustainable Development

Best Housing Development (Jakarta)

Open to houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit. Phases of multiphase development are eligible for entry. Must be in the Jakarta metropolitan area.

Best Luxury Condo Development (Jakarta)

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of more than 50 million IDR (before tax) per sqm. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.  Must be in the Jakarta metropolitan area.

Best High End Condo Development (Jakarta)

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of 30 million to 50 million IDR (before tax) per sqm. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.  Must be in the Jakarta metropolitan area.

Best Mid End Condo Development (Jakarta)

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of 20 million to 30 million IDR (before tax) per sqm. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.  Must be in the Jakarta metropolitan area.

Best Affordable Condo Development (Jakarta)

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of less than 20 million IDR (before tax) per sqm. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.  Must be in the Jakarta metropolitan area.

Best Residential Development (Bali)

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.  Must have a show unit. Must be in Bali.

Best Residential Development (Lombok)

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.  Must be in Lombok.

Best Condo Development (Greater Indonesia)

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.

Best Township Development

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. Must have a show unit.

Best Office Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. 

Best Retail Development

Open to retail with more than 20,000 gfa. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. 

Best Lifestyle Center Development

Open to community mall or lifestyle center with below 20,000 gfa. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. 

Best Hotel Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. 

Best Industrial Development

Open to Industrial developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. 

Best Mixed Use Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. 

Best Green Development

Open for Residential and Commercial Project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%.  Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted or pending). All shortlisted developments are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category.

Best Universal Design Development

The design of a built environment that can be accessed, understood and used to the greatest extent possible by all people regardless of their age, size, ability or disability. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Percentage of Completed construction must be more than 20%. All shortlisted developments are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category
