2021亚洲不动产奖总决赛获奖名单公布，中国区揽下7个冠军

PropertyGuru亚洲不动产奖（PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards）于2005年在泰国创立，是亚太地区规模最大、最负盛名的地产奖项赛事，旨在表彰亚太地区最具活力的市场取得非凡成就的优秀人才。每一年，通过举办一系列的国家赛区颁奖典礼，该奖项覆盖亚太地区主要市场，并聚集近600位资深业内人士，评选出柬埔寨、马来西亚、菲律宾、越南、斯里兰卡、马尔代夫、日本、缅甸、泰国、印度尼西亚、新加坡、中国大陆、中国港澳、和澳大利亚各赛区中的最佳地产项目，最后从中评选出年度亚洲不动产奖。

 “PropertyGuru 亚洲不动产奖”的评选范围覆盖东南亚、中国、澳大利亚、印度、日本市场，先评选出各个国家赛区的最佳地产项目，最后从中评选出年度亚洲不动产奖。据奖项研究员统计，2021年第16届亚洲不动产奖共有来自各个国家的共计135家公司参与角逐31个类别的年度亚洲不动产终极大奖。今年的亚洲最佳房地产开发商大奖由印度尼西亚Sinar Mas Land公司赢得。此外，来自印度尼西亚和中国区的团队及项目分别斩获7项终极大奖，并列为最大赢家。来自越南的团队及项目共斩获6项终极大奖，屈居第二。2021年度榜样人物由新加坡华业集团有限公司首席执行官 Liam Wee Sin先生获得。线上颁奖典礼通过AsiaPropertyAwards.com、其合作伙伴YouTube、Facebook、LinkedIn以及中国的安居客频道等平台播出。
