The virtual 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) captivated a new high of 41,900 viewers across Asia Pacific

A decade of celebrating Singapore’s highly esteemed real estate development and design achievements and innovations

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) returns to commemorate its 10th year of honouring the best of the best in real estate with the first, contemporary virtual gala ceremony.

On October 30th, the event brought together the respected nominees, VIPS, and press, including a range of audience, from real estate agents to overseas developers, to witness the winners of the industry’s most prestigious awards.

As of November 12th, our virtual awards show secured a new record high of 41,900 viewers across the globe. The event broadcasted live, integrated with a live chat that allowed nominated developers, as well as property seekers, to easily communicate and congratulate one another through our social media platforms.

Approximately 40 awards were presented this year to leading developers, developments, and designs all over Singapore. Among that, GuocoLand took home the most illustrious award of the event, the Best Developer title, as well as six other category wins and three Highly Commended distinctions.

On top of that, Cheng Hsing Yao, Group Managing Director of GuocoLand proudly took home another spotlight of the night, the Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year award, a special trophy only given by the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report.
