PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) 2019 gathers final roster of nominees for second edition

Finalists of the second edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) have been revealed ahead of their presentation in a gala dinner on 22 November at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok in Thailand.

Setting the next stage of the expanded PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme, the 2019 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) will distinguish and cite the best-quality properties on the continent that appeal to cross-border investors around Asia Pacific.

UEM Sunrise garnered development and design nominations for two of its apartment projects in Victoria: Aurora Melbourne Central and Conservatory.

The ceremony will also honour developers Fife Capital Group Pty Limited and Weston Property Developments Pty Ltd for prize-worthy developments in New South Wales and Western Australia.

The sophomore edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) will precede the highly awaited 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final ceremony.

The central panel of judges consist of Lui Violanti, Regional Manager for Western Australia at Inhabit Group; Mia Bannister, National Business Development Manager, WG Group; Nick Smith, Development Manager, Lendlease; and Nikolas Killis, Business Development, Property Digital Advisory Leader for Australasia at Arup.
