Whenever a problem arises, I pay close attention to how it happened and analyze the situation to see how to prevent it in the future. Most of the time, I gather my executives in for a meeting and present the problem we have encountered in production or in any other part of the company. Then, we all brainstorm by asking each other, “How could this problem have ever happened?” “What do we do about it now?” and “How can we learn from it and prevent it in the future?”

We launched our project four months later than our competitor but sold out in just six months. Our competitors had only managed to sell a third of their developments at the very same time. We received recognitions the following year from the prestigious Thailand Property Awards.
