From a repurposed car dealership to an award-winning real estate business, Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) has come a long way from its humble beginnings.
Having won Best Boutique Developer, Special Recognition in Sustainable Construction, Special Recognition for Building Communities, Special Recognition in CSR, Best Housing Development, Best Green Residential Development, Best Township Development, Best Industrial Development and Best Office Development during the 8th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, DLI has demonstrated that the Philippines is in a unique position to redefine the real estate industry.
DLI is part of the Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (ANFLOCOR) group of companies, which includes global banana exporter Tagum Agricultural Development Company, Inc. (TADECO). During their time as the Ford car dealership Davao Motor Sales, many of their buyers had used land as a collateral, so when Ford pulled out of the Philippines in 1984, Damosa had plenty of land to venture in their first projects.
