Living World Kota Wisata is a landmark shopping centre designed as a lifestyle-driven retail destination serving the rapidly growing eastern Jakarta and Bogor corridor. Located along Boulevard Kota Wisata, the development represents a new chapter in experiential retail within a master-planned township environment.

The mall delivers approximately 75,000 square metres of leasable retail space, positioned as the largest Home Living, Lifestyle, and Eat-tertainment destination in the East of Jakarta and Bogor. It functions as both a daily convenience hub and a regional destination for families and weekend visitors, serving a wide demographic from local residents to visitors from surrounding municipalities.

The mall adheres to a strong design narrative titled “Journey Through Java,” conceived by Urban Architects Co. This storytelling concept translates Indonesia’s diverse natural landscapes into a cohesive interior experience.

Each level creates a memorable progression: Gardenwalk on the Lower Ground; Gardenwalk, Naturewalk (Woodlands), and Citywalk (Rock Mountain) across the Ground, First, and Second Floors; and Forest (Food Paradise) on the Third Floor, enhancing wayfinding and encouraging longer dwell time.

Natural materials, organic forms, warm colour palettes, and curated lighting create a welcoming atmosphere. Sustainability is integrated through a wastewater management system, skylights optimising natural daylight, and energy-efficient air-conditioning and LED lighting.

The development is directly connected to ARTOTEL – Living World Kota Wisata Cibubur, strengthening the ecosystem as a cohesive retail-hospitality destination. Located within the established Kota Wisata township, surrounded by residential clusters, schools, and offices, the project benefits from a captive catchment while drawing visitors from a wider regional market.
