25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is a distinctive hospitality development located within District 8, SCBD, one of Jakarta’s most prominent mixed-use precincts. The hotel marks 25hours Hotels’ debut in the Asia-Pacific region, introducing the brand’s playful, design-led approach to the dynamic metropolis.

Strategically positioned and directly connected to Ashta Mall, the property enjoys seamless access to premier retail, dining, and entertainment offerings within the district.

Architectural delivery was led by Airmas Asri Architects, with interior concepts for guest rooms by 1508 London Studio and public areas by EDG Singapore. Together, the design teams crafted a bold narrative that mirrors Jakarta’s contrasts—where modern skyscrapers coexist with cultural heritage and green urban spaces. The interiors draw inspiration from post-independence Jengki design, expressed through angular geometries, layered textures, and an eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary elements.

Departing from convention, the hotel’s main lobby is located on Level L (8th floor), conceived as a multi-layered social hub rather than a transitional reception space. Here, dynamic seating arrangements, digital art installations, and birdcage-inspired structures encourage interaction and lingering, aligning with the 25hours philosophy of social connectivity. Vintage furnishings and curated artefacts further bridge past and present.

Guests enjoy access to VIDA Spa with restorative treatments, a 24-hour fitness centre, and a discreet outdoor rooftop pool softened by greenery. Culinary venues include COPA, a Latin American restaurant anchored by wood-fired cuisine, The Oddbird Bar, and Cabana, the poolside dining concept.

With great nightly rates, 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird appeals to design-conscious travellers seeking experiential stays in a central location.

The development won Best City Hotel Development and Best Hotel Interior Design at the 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards. It was also Finalist for Best Hospitality Interior Design  (Asia) at the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.
