Pasir Putih Residences is a premium cluster of homes in PIK2 Sedayu Indo City. Situated around a 16.2-hectare lake with whitesand shores, Pasir Putih Residences has the distinction of being the only housing development in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area with a resort-like environment.<\/p>\n

The PIK2 area, including Pasir Putih Residences, is protected against flood and subsidence by the latest vacuum soil compaction technology. It works with the polder system for flood prevention.<\/p>\n

Pasir Putih Residences is close to the Youth Center and Edu City, home to many international-level educational institutions.<\/p>\n
