Parc3 is a new development based around the innovative concept of being designed by nature, inspired by foliage and treehouses. The building\u2019s wave-like structure mimics the streamlined and fluid form and movement of nature and is designed as a \u2018building that breathes\u2019, providing true cross ventilation for all its units.<\/p>\n

Bringing community, personal health, and natural ecosystems together, Parc3 is designed with a landscape masterplan that follows two interrelated concepts.<\/p>\n

The landscaping of Parc3 incorporates flowing gardens, i.e., creating a flow of greenery into the building, immersing residents in nature and passively cooling the building. The landscape design also involves home gardens designed around its My Home Garden concept, i.e., affording residents with health benefits, providing natural habitats for birds and butterflies, and building community.<\/p>\n

Fully sold out, Parc3 has won a Gold GreenRE Provisional Certification and received a QLASSIC score of 82 percent.<\/p>\n

Fronting the 64-acre Taman Pudu Ulu, Parc3 stands next to several shopping, medical, education and leisure establishments in a neighbourhood with an array of amenities and conveniences. Offering uninterrupted views of Kuala Lumpur, Parc3 is within proximity of main public transportation hubs, including the Rapid bus stop and the Maluri LRT and MRT stations. It is also easily accessible via major highways such as Sungai Besi Highway, MEX Highway, Cheras-Kajang Highway, and MRR2.<\/p>\n

With Parc3, developer Eupe Corporation Berhad provides value to residents and gives back to the community. A covered walkway has been constructed from Parc3 to the nearby Maluri MRT and LRT stations for public use. The DBKL-owned land beside Parc3 has also been converted into a public park, restoring the plot for the benefit of the community.<\/p>\n
