Kelsey Homes has launched Phase Three of its renowned project Central Park \u2013 Ja Ela, following the\u0003success of Phases One and Two.<\/p>\n

Central Park \u2013 Ja Ela is a mixed\u0003housing development with more than 350 well-appointed houses and apartments in one of the most centrally located sites in Sri Lanka. The project is inspired by a desire to provide families with a canvas to \u201cdraw their own story…in a dynamic, fast-paced world\u201d, according to the design team led by renowned architect Mr. Murad Ismail of MICD Associates.<\/p>\n

It is closely connected to nature through sprawling garden spaces and open areas, aimed at nourishing residents\u2019 spiritual wellbeing in addition to paying attention to the design\u2019s material composition. Central Park \u2013 Ja Ela offers a diverse\u0003repertoire of excellent services as well as more than 40 amenities, including a fully equipped gymnasium, outdoor pool, club house, natural ponds, garden areas, jogging track, yoga studio, day care centre, open kids\u2019 play areas, wellness centre, and supermarket.<\/p>\n

One of the largest gated mixed housing projects in Sri Lanka, the 15-acre site is located only 500 metres from Negombo road; five\u0003minutes from the highway entrance; 20 minutes from Katunayake; and 30 minutes from Port City via the Port Access Elevated Highway.<\/p>\n

This project was named Winner, Best Housing Architectural Design and Highly Commended, Best Housing Development (Colombo) at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n
