The\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">minimum operating cost is SGD18 (USD13) to 25 per hour, the mode of operation is manual\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">so during the rainy season after eight to 10 hours, they need\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">to shut down the system and start cleaning it.\u201d<\/span><span
