The advent of the technological revolution in t<\/span>he early 20<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0century<\/span>\u00a0was\u00a0characterised by\u00a0<\/span>advancements\u00a0<\/span>in technology\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>significant\u00a0<\/span>shared equity<\/span>. As businesses and manufacturing firms\u00a0<\/span>started utilising <\/span>computers and the World Wide Web to optimise their operations, they also discovered the beauty of working remotely<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, it was only in the 21<\/span>st<\/span>\u00a0century when technology was officially coined as the fourth industrial revolution<\/span>\u00a0or what is commonly known as industry 4.0<\/span>. It symbolises the transformation of business operations across the globe from analogue to digital. <\/span>Industry 4.0 is also greatly associated with the term\u00a0<\/span>smart<\/span><\/i>, which refers to devices that make<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>our lives easier and more convenient.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
