HelloRFZcool\/Shutterstock<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As part of their strategy to establish their presence in the region, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) signed a deal with Ho Tram Project Company Limited (HTP) to refurbish and rebrand The Grand Ho Tram as InterContinental Grand Ho Tram. Moreover, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelnewsresource.com\/article107941.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hotel News Resource<\/a> reported that IHG will also be opening a newly-built Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This signing marks a new milestone in our growth in Vietnam, as we welcome our first Holiday Inn Resort in the country and continue to expand our InterContinental brand,\u201d said Serena Lim, vice president of development for IHG South East Asia &amp; Korea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs international and domestic travel continues to grow, the expansion of the property and facilities puts us in a great position to provide different experiences for a diverse group of guests.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asiapropertyawards.com\/vietnams-most-vibrant-architecture-practices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>More: Vietnam\u2019s most vibrant architecture practices<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ho Tram Strip was the first integrated resort to have launched in Vietnam. Its immaculate beaches and close distance to Ho Chi Minh City, only a two-hour drive away, has turned it into a renowned leisure area and preferred offsite spot for meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions (MICE).<\/p>\n<p>Once renovated, InterContinental Grand Ho Tram will be able to accommodate its guests in 533 luxury rooms. This integrated resort will have a golf course, gym, spa, outdoor pools, three F&amp;B outlets, a cutting-edge convention centre with five meeting rooms and a large ballroom, and retail space with a variety of entertainment options such as a casino gaming floor, restaurants, lounges, bars, and clubs.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach will have 502 rooms with facilities specially designed for families, including a cinema, food court, water park, bowling arcade, swimming pools, and a 360-degree rooftop bar with magnificent views of the
