It encourages me to keep working hard in the real estate industry,\u201d says Liusudarso. \u201cThis award inspires me to continue improving and finding new ways to meet the needs of the industry and the people we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The awardee offers a masterclass in youthful perseverance. In 2011, a 21-year-old Liusudarso founded a small development company that would evolve to become PT. Easton Urban Kapital. With the support of Liusudarso\u2019s friends and family, the company initially set its sights on boutique commercial development, starting with shophouses and home offices.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asiapropertyawards.com\/en\/11th-propertyguru-indonesia-property-awards-hails-inclusive-diverse-real-estate-achievements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Related: 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards hails inclusive, diverse real estate achievements<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 2016, the company grew into its present iteration, carving a reputation for specialising in well-designed townhouses that include the award-winning projects Wovendream House and Kinary House. Since then, Liusudarso has been able to establish 25 projects: a nine-year growth spurt that would take the company from Jabodetabek to Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am most proud of the high-quality houses we build, especially our focus on high-quality architectural homes that we consistently deliver,\u201d says Liusudarso.<\/p>\n<p>Liusudarso graduated from Ohio State University with a BSBA in finance and holds a post-graduate diploma in social housing development from the Institute of Housing and Urban Studies at Erasmus University in the Netherlands. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Real Estate Programme from the University of Oxford.<\/p>\n<p>Blending world-class knowledge with experience honed from years of community-building, Liusudarso\u2019s star is only set to shine brighter on the Indonesian property firmament.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the future, I hope the industry will focus more on long-term and sustainable housing that benefits communities,\u201d he says. \u201cI believe responsible development can make a positive difference, and I want to be part of
