Samaranayake, chartered architect, AIA (SL); and Stephanie Balendra, director of Homes N Spaces Lanka Properties (Pvt) Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>The judging process was supervised by Dinuk Hettiarachchi, managing partner of HLB Sri Lanka, represented by Nihal Hettiarachchi &amp; Company, Chartered Accountants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asiapropertyawards.com\/en\/sustaining-sri-lankas-real-estate-revival-colombos-growth-story-and-its-future\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Related: Sustaining Sri Lanka\u2019s real estate revival<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Middle East shortlist was selected by a separate independent panel, composed of Sam Issa, managing director of Realpoint Real Estate Consultancy LLC; Chelsea Elise Perino, managing director of Global Marketing &amp; Communications at The Executive Centre; Imad Damrah, managing director &#8211; KSA at Colliers International; James A. Kaplan, CEO of Destination Capital Company Limited; and Stephen Oehme, director of Quantum Analysis PTE LTD Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>The judging process in the Middle East was supervised by HLB under the leadership of Lavin Nalinababu and Khalid Otain.<\/p>\n<p>Winners from the Sri Lanka and Middle East awards may qualify to compete for the coveted Best in Asia titles at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, also held on 12 December 2025 in Bangkok.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrating its 20th edition in 2025, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series encompasses leading property markets across the region, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Middle East, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 PropertyGuru Asia
