The 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards open as the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series marks its historic 20th edition in 2025. Distinguished developers and real estate experts convened at the launch event in Fili Hotel NUSTAR in Cebu where they shared insights on the Philippines\u2019 urbanising, untapped, and underrepresented real estate markets.
