Asst. Prof. Dr. Kessara Thanyalakpark, managing director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, received today the Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award during the gala celebration of the 17th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.<\/p>\n

Dr. Kessara stands at the intersection of the property sector and the renewable energy industry. Building high-quality homes while doing the most for the environment, the next-generation leader of Sena Development has hastened the evolution of the company from an established developer to a forerunner in solar-powered innovations.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn behalf of Sena Development, we would like to thank you, PropertyGuru, the organiser of the Thailand Property Awards,\u201d says Dr. Kessara. \u201cThis is the most respected and longest-running real estate awards programme in the industry. Through her vision and initiative, Sena became the first developer in Thailand to install solar rooftops in all its homes and common areas, resulting in massive cost savings for residents.
