This special distinction is the only<\/em> award granted to an individual at the highly anticipated recognition of Malaysia\u2019s best and brightest of real estate. The Editors praised Tan Sri (Sir) Francis for his passion and commitment to industry innovation, ethical corporate governance, and environmental conservation.<\/p>\n

Instrumental in the success of YTL Corporation Berhad, he has pushed his family\u2019s company forward, transforming it into a multi-disciplinary conglomerate comprising of five listed entities, which, to date, have a combined market capitalisation of approximately USD4.7 billion and total assets of USD16.5 billion.<\/p>\n
