The finale of the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series presented 48 regional awards at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok<\/span><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Finals was celebrated right after the International Luncheon for Australia, India & Greater Niseko as part of PropertyGuru Week.<\/span><\/p>\n

The finale of the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series presented 48 regional awards at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok. The regional winners at the Grand Final were selected from the elite pool of country winners from PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards\u2019 series of celebrations this year in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Greater Niseko (Japan), India, and Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was a feast for all the senses as the food served at The Athenee included poached rock lobster with apple dill salad, compressed watermelon, coriander, green leaves, blossoms, saffron dressing; seabass tartelette, black truffle dressing, toasted sesame, soy sauce, and micro herbs; asparagus cream soup with truffle croutons, and smoked paprika; and herbs crusted beef tenderloin, red wine shallots jus creamy soft polenta, broccoli, and cherry tomato.<\/span><\/p>\n

Desserts served were mixed berry sorbet and dark chocolate cream.<\/span><\/p>\n

New World Development Company, representing China (Hong Kong and Macau), won the Best Developer\u202f(Asia) title, the most sought-after award that night. For Mainland China, Lead8 additionally won the Best Retail Architectural Design\u202f(Asia) award for Shougang Park Urban Weaving District while Benoy Limited won Best Mixed Use Architectural Design (Asia) for CRL MixC Qianhai.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Philippines and Thailand both won seven regional awards each.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For the Philippines, Arquitectonica was honoured with the Best Office Architectural Design\u202f(Asia) award for Mega Tower while AppleOne Mactan, Inc. won Best Branded Residential Development (Asia) for The Residences at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Thailand, One Bangkok by Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (FPHT) won Best Landmark Mixed Use Development (Asia). Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited won both the Best Condo Development (Asia) and Best Health and Wellness Development (Asia) awards for The Aspen Tree at The Forestias. Lake Legend Bangna-Suvarnabhumi by Hongkong Land and Property Perfect PCL was named Best Waterfront Housing\/Landed Development (Asia).<\/span><\/p>\n

Singapore and Indonesia scored six regional wins. For Singapore, UOL Group Limited won Best Hospitality Developer (Asia) and Best Hotel Development (Asia) for its Pan Pacific Orchard project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Indonesia won Best Township Development (Asia) for Kota Baru Parahyangan by PT. Belaputera Intiland and Best Township Masterplan Design (Asia) for PIK2 Sedayu Indo City by Agung Sedayu Group & Salim Group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Australia scored five regional wins, Vietnam with four, and Cambodia and Malaysia with two regional awards each.<\/span><\/p>\n

Artisan Park by Gamuda Land from Vietnam won Best Retail Development (Asia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

From Greater Niseko, Andaru Collection Niseko by Blue Waves Group clinched both Best Completed Housing\/Landed Development (Asia) and Best Housing\/Landed Interior Design\u202f(Asia) awards. HakuVillas by H2 Group won the Best Completed Condo Development (Asia) award.<\/span><\/p>\n

India was also represented at the Grand Final with Embassy REIT winning Best Commercial Landscape Architectural Design\u202f(Asia) for Embassy TechVillage \u2013 Central Garden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Candra Ciputra, CEO of Ciputra Group and president director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk, received the PropertyGuru Icon Award, who received the award for a lifetime of real estate achievements covering developments in more than 40 cities across the archipelago.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As the series ended for the year, Hari V Krishnan, CEO and managing director of PropertyGuru Group, said: \u201cThe 17th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final [elevates]\u00a0 not only the region\u2019s dream homes but also its finest, most sustainable live-work-play developments, workspaces, retail hubs, hotels, resorts, and industrial parks, among others, to an international platform.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said: \u201cWhether celebrated onstage at our gala events, or presented to the world online, these awardees shine bright as the Gold Standard of Asian real estate, keeping true to our vision of building the region\u2019s Property Trust Platform.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The awards ceremony ended with the awardees on the stage for the annual group photo. Confetti spilt onto the stage, marking the end of the 2022 edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series.<\/span><\/p>\n
