The celebration was held at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"The eighth edition of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards celebrated the achievements of the nation\u2019s biggest real estate developers and designers in 56 categories.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event, hosted by Sasha Lauder, garnered more than 56,000 views during the livestream, contributing to the event\u2019s success.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinner put everyone in a festive mood as the meals served included beetroot cured ocean trout, basil avocado crema, and charred pepper lentils; pumpkin, beef bacon, miso soup, and herbed sour cream; beef tenderloin, mushroom pepper sauce, rosemary anna potatoes, and roasted vegetables; and for dessert: black and white forest cake, dark chocolate creme, white chocolate cherry ganache, and cherry confit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, shortlisted nominees went head to head for the coveted Best Developer title, which was among the 56 awards given away that night. There were also expanded categories to recognise a wider range of real estate brands and finer niches in development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Agung Sedayu Group, recipient of the Best Developer title<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Agung Sedayu Group emerged victorious as Best Developer, garnering four wins with Salim Group for their joint ventures Batavia PIK, Pantjoran PIK, Pasir Putih Residences, and PIK2 Sedayu Indo City. This was their third time winning the title, with the last time being in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sinar Mas Land, last year\u2019s Best Developer, won six awards, making it the company with the most awards this year. It won Best Housing Development (Indonesia) for Enchant\u00e9 R\u00e9sidence @BSD City; Best Industrial Estate Development for GIIC @ Kota Deltamas, Sinar Mas Land\u2019s project with Sojitz Corporation; and Best Boutique Developer for Sinar Mas Land\u2019s joint venture with PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa (NavaPark) Hongkong Land, to name a few.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pak Tjahjadi, managing director of PTI Architects and member of the independent judging panel, and PT Logos SEA Indonesia, who received the Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

PT Logos SEA Indonesia, on the other hand, earned four awards, including Best Industrial Building Developer and Best Sustainable Industrial Developer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, PT Putragaya Wahana, a member of Galeon Group, and Triniti Land won four titles each.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Setyono Djuandi Darmono, president commissioner and co-founder of Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk was awarded Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeremy Williams, managing director of Marketplaces at PropertyGuru, announced this year\u2019s Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year recipient, stating that under his leadership, \u201cKawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk has been producing outstanding developments that cater to the communities and the surrounding environment, including a 2,700 ha integrated industrial park, a first-class international resort with waterfront residences and a golf course, a mixed-use integrated township development, a green industrial cluster in Cikarang, and a start-up friendly ecosystem, which will be dubbed as Indonesia\u2019s Silicon Valley.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeremy also added that this year\u2019s recipient \u201calways strives to give back by organising tree planting activities, hosting the annual Jababeka Eco Award \u2013 an environmental cleanliness competition, donating food packages to communities in need.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Jababeka Tbk itself won Best Mega Township Development for the technology-based integrated modern innovation and business center known as Correctio.<\/span><\/p>\n

The awards ceremony ended with the awardees on the stage for the annual group photo. Confetti spilled onto the stage, marking the end of the 8th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards.<\/span><\/p>\n

The major winners of the 8th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards will compete for the \u201cBest in Asia\u201d regional awards at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok on 9 December 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n
