BLOQ Residences created quite a buzz in Cebu\u2019s residential condo market when it was launched in 2014 with the unique value proposition, \u201cWhy rent when you can own?\u201d<\/p>\n

The project bucked trends, catalyzed development in the community, and changed how condo projects are priced and marketed in Cebu.<\/p>\n

Today, there are four completed BLOQ buildings and three others under construction, all situated in the highly urbanized cities of Cebu and Mandaue. The brand has received two awards from the Philippine Property Awards. Demand is so strong that there\u2019s a waitlist of interested buyers.<\/p>\n
