On 9 June 2022, the region\u2019s most prestigious and industry-leading PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme hosted the CEO & Leaders Forum. This is where the biggest names in the industry shared valuable insights and tips pertaining to Indonesia\u2019s real estate sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

The speakers included the first female Chairperson of the panel, Vivin Harsanto, who talked about the current state of Indonesian real estate. <\/span><\/p>\n

As the newly elected Chairperson, she vows to judge with credibility, fairness, and transparency \u2014 the values set forth by the Awards when it was established more than a decade ago. She also introduces the titles that will be presented this year, including new ones, including Best Luxury Developer and Best Overseas Developer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The panelists at the forum included Marine Novita, country manager at Rumah.com; <\/span>Moris Nuaimi, director of Infrastructure Planning and deputy <\/span>for Investment Planning; Dhony Rahajoe, vice chairman of the Nusantara Capital City Authority; and Hari Ganie, vice chairman of Real Estate Indonesia (REI).<\/p>\n

The panel addressed the following topics:<\/p>\n
