\n<\/span>Sri Lanka\u2019s most prestigious real estate award, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards will take place in December 2021. Paramount Realty Director\/CEO and PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) Chairperson Dr. Nirmal De Silva who will be joined by four other eminent realtors as co-panellists at the Awards, talks of the prestigious event and his take on the latest trends in Sri Lanka\u2019s real estate industry. Following are excerpts:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0How has the response been when Sri Lanka joined the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards program beginning in 2017?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We received a strong response and it only grew further. This year we have opened 43 award categories spread across six sections \u2013 \u2018Developer\u2019 (eight awards), \u2018Development\u2019 (18 awards), \u2018Design\u2019 (10 awards), \u2018Special Recognition\u2019 (two awards), \u2018Best of Sri Lanka\u2019 (two awards) and \u2018Publisher\u2019s Choice\u2019 (one award). These show that the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards are the trendsetter when it comes to recognising the finest real estate projects and developers in the region.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
