Tan.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Tan\u2019s Megaworld Corporation said the fully-furnished unit is just a little over an hour away from Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, the hometown of the Filipina boxer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very proud of this huge accomplishment of Nesthy Petecio,\u201d said Atty. Harrison Paltongan, president, Suntrust Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of Megaworld.<\/p>\n<p>One Lakeshore Drive was recognised as \u201cHighly Commended\u201d for the Best Residential Development in Davao during the 2016 Philippines Property Awards. Suntrust Properties, Inc. is an award-winning property development company.<\/p>\n<p>Through Megaworld, Tan also gave a residential condominium unit in Eastwood City to Hidilyn Diaz, the
