The award was presented to Balfour Group.<\/p>\n<p>The independent panel of judges said: \u201cBalfour Group\u2019s impeccably designed and forward-thinking projects provide a glimpse into the future of residential development in Australia. Their residences impress with classy interiors, generous spaces, and top-of-the-line health and wellness automation features, raising the bar high in the luxury and sustainable housing segment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Balfour Group also gained another award, Best Apartment Development (Victoria), for One Adams Street South Yarra 3141.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asiapropertyawards.com\/en\/aurora-melbourne-central-captivates-with-panoramic-pieds-a-terre-strata-offices-and-retail-spaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>More: Take a look inside one of Australia\u2019s tallest skyscrapers<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>THIRDi Group garnered two of the most coveted Development awards for New South Wales. Kurraba Residences, one of Thirdi Group\u2019s projects with Phoenix Property Investors, gained the title of Best Apartment Development (New South Wales). Paragon of Pyrmont also won Best Townhouse Development (New South Wales) for THIRDi Group.<\/p>\n<p>Kurraba Residences and Paragon of Pyrmont went on to win the \u201cbest of Australia\u201d awards:\u00a0Best Apartment Development (Australia) and Best Housing Development (Australia), respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Weston Property Developments, one of the big victors in last year\u2019s awards, returned to clinch the honour of Best Housing Development (Western Australia) for Corinthian Living Riverton.<\/p>\n<p>The virtual gala event and awards ceremony also recognised excellence in architecture across the continent. DW Architects and Interiors swept the Design categories, winning Best Apartment Architectural Design for Dublin and Best Townhouse Architectural Design for 227 \u2013 229 Cecil St, South Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asiapropertyawards.com\/en\/house-price-growth-in-australia-ranks-among-top-20-in-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>More: Australia ranks among top 20 in the world for house price growth<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hari V.
