Unlike previous years, 2020\u2019s winning developments, developers, and designs were showcased to viewers from all over the world, pioneering great opportunities for Indonesia\u2019s real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>On November 12<sup>th<\/sup>, our virtual gala engaged 11,700 viewers across Asia Pacific and beyond. Sinar Mas Land triumphed four titles at the event, which included the Best Developer award, an accolade it had previously won in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Another highlight of the night was the exclusive Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year award, chosen annually by the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine. Bapak Alexander Tedja, Chairman of PT.
