Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of more than RM 1500 per sqft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Luxury Landed Development

Open to houses and villas with an average unit price of more than RM 800 per sqft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Condo Development (Klang Valley)

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of less than RM 1500 per sqft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Landed Development (Klang Valley) 

Open to houses and villas with an average unit price of more than RM 500 per sqft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Condo Development (Penang) 

Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Landed Development (Penang) 

Open to houses and villas with an average unit price of more than RM 500 per sqft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit 

Best Condo Development (Iskandar) 

Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Landed Development (Iskandar) 

Open to houses and villas with an average unit price of more than RM 500 per sqft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Residential Development (Ipoh) 

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit. 

Best Residential Development (Melaka) 

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Residential Development (Kota Kinabalu) 

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Mass Market Development (Landed) 

Open to terraced houses with an average unit price of less than RM 500 per sq ft. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Mass Market Development (Condo) 

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of less than RM 700 per  sqft.  The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Township Development

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Condo Development (Malaysia) 

Selected from the Winners of all Condo categories. 

Best Housing/ Landed Development (Malaysia) 

Selected from the Winners of all Landed categories. 

Best Office Development 

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. 

Best Retail Development 

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. 

Best Hotel Development 

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022.

Best Mixed Use Development  

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. 

Best Green Development  

Open for Residential and Commercial Project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted or pending). All shortlisted developments are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category.

Best Universal Design Development 

The design of a built environment that can be accessed, understood and used to the greatest extent possible by all people regardless of their age, size, ability or disability. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. All shortlisted developments are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category. 

Best Condo Architectural Design 

The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022.

Best Housing Architectural Design 

The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022.

Best Residential Interior Design  

The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022.

Best Retail Architectural Design  

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022.

Best Office Architectural Design  

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022.

Best Hotel Architectural Design

The 6th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony will be held at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur on Friday, 12 April 2019.

Tickets are made available on a first come, first served basis. Exclusive for finalists and event partners only.

More than 350 guests and VIPs attend the gala event, which is exclusive for shortlisted developers, sponsors and partners, comprising C-level and senior industry figures in real estate development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, property technology, legal, finance, and architecture and design. Select members of the media cover the event.
