    Must have completed at least 2 boutique developments in the Philippines since January 2011.

    All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

DESIGN AWARDS

  • Best Residential Architectural Design


    The development must have been completed after January 2016 or have a completion date before December 2018. The award will be presented to the Developer of the project.

  • Best Residential Interior Design


    The development must have been completed after January 2016 or have a completion date before December 2018. The award will be presented to the Developer of the project.

  • Best Retail Architectural Design


    The development must have been completed and ready for occupancy after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2018. The award will be presented to the Developer of the project.

  • Best Office Architectural Design
