    Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of 100,000 to 150,000 PHP per sqm. The development must have been completed and ready for occupancy after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

    Best Affordable Condo Development (Metro Manila)

    Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of below 100,000 PHP per sqm. The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

    Best Condo Development (Cebu City)

    Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

    Best Housing Development (Cebu City)

    The development must have been completed and after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit Phases of multiphase development are eligible for entry.

    Best Residential Development (Davao)

    Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

    Best Luxury Condo Development (Resort)

    Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of more than 150,000 PHP per sqm. The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

    Best Mid-Range Condo Development (Resort)

    Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of less than 150,000 PHP per sqm. The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

    Best Green Development

    Open to Residential and Commercial Developments. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted or pending). All shortlisted developments in the above categories are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category.

    Lindsay J. Orr is the Chief Operating Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines, a Real Estate Services company with around 100 head office employees and a further 250 site-based staff. In addition, he undertakes acquisition and disposal work on behalf of clients and fulfills a Tenant Representation role for various multi-nationals including Convergys. Lindsay has extensive experience of the real estate industry and began his career as a Chartered Surveyor with Jones Lang Wootton in London. In 1985 he relocated to Hong Kong and worked for both Wharf Properties and Hong Kong Land before moving to Manila in 1992 to join First Pacific Davies. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2000 where he spent some time establishing and developing the firm’s property management business in Manila, before relocating to Indonesia to work with the Mulia Group, the largest commercial landlord in the Jakarta CBD. Lindsay returned to Jones Lang LaSalle in Manila at the start of 2006.

    Rommel M. Leuterio has wealth of experience working in the Philippines’ real estate sector. He is currently group president of Investment & Capital Corporation Philippines’ (ICCP) Property Management and Development Group under which he also presides over Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, Science Park of the Philippines Inc, Cebu Light Industrial Park, in addition to various other projects and companies. Leuterio graduated from the University of the East in 1974 before completing his masters degree in business administration at the University of the Philippines three years later. He was previously director of Beacon Property Ventures Inc and Supercenter Investors Inc before assuming his current role with ICCP, which specialises in financial services and property businesses, in September 2009.

Schooled in Manila, Philippines, and Boston, USA, he has served his country as a senior government official, and as chairman, president, or CEO of various businesses in engineering consulting, real estate development and management, tourism, financial and insurance services, newspaper and magazine publication, human resource development, and management consulting.     Jay-O joined Design Coordinates, Inc., a Construction Project Management company, full-time in 1994 as Project Coordinator for the Ayala Center-Cebu Development, Park Towers One and Two, and the Ayala-Life Cebu Office Building. Thereafter, Jay-O has moved up the ranks to the position of Construction Project Manager of which he managed the Glorietta 4 Mixed- Use Development comprising of retail/commercial areas as well as the 300+ rooms of Serviced Apartment of Oakwood Premier Ayala Center. In 2003, DCI restructured its organization from a centralized management system to Business Responsibility Units.
