Best Retail Architectural Design

The development must have been completed and ready for occupancy after January 2014 or have a completion date before December 2017. The award will be presented to the Developer of the project.

Best Hotel Architectural Design

Open to condominiums and apartments with an average unit price of below US$1,500 per sqm. The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit.

The development must have been completed and after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2017. Must have a show unit. Phases of multiphase development are eligible for entry.

Best Condo Development (Bali)

Todd Lauchlan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience including more than 13 years working and livinginternationally. Currently holding the position as the Country Head for Jones Lang LaSalle in Indonesia. He has been involved in many innovative property market initiatives throughout his career, with specialties in commercial leasing, residential sales and marketing, development advisor and investment sales. He is also currently serves as the Head of Property Working Group for EuroCham Indonesia.

CEO of Pt. Leads Property Services Indonesia.

For the past 21 years, Hendra has assisted and provided solutions to more than 150 major corporations with 100 of them are fortune 700 companies. Over those years, Hendra has been involved in more than 500 real estate related transactions with a value of over USD 2 Billion. Before joining PT. Leads Property Services Indonesia, Hendra was with PT. Procon Indah, where he served as the Managing Director. Besides managing the daily operation of the whole company, he also specialized in securing and maintaining client relations with major local and multinational corporations and prominent property developers. Hendra received a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Tarumanagara and an MBA from the University of San Diego, California.

IIlham graduated from the bachelor degree of Interior Design at the Institute Technology Sydney (SIT), Australia, Ilham started his career with one of the leading Architectural firm in Australia HPA ( Henry Pollack Associates ) an in house architectural firm for one of Australia’s biggest developer company call Mirvac P/L and from there he moved to PT Duta Anggada back in Indonesia. After 7 years working for Duta Anggada, he decided to start his own official design firm, concentrating mostly on residential and hospitality Architecture and Interior Design and called it ILLY DESIGNS. The company has been involve with some of the well know names in the property sector, clients like PT. Buana Pacific International, GKM, Duta Anggada, Xpressair (aviation), Transammo (Power Company), PT Sentra Cakrwala Pusaka, Jones Lang Lasalle and many more.

Mina is a senior member of the Investment team with more than 20 years of experience in the property industry.  She is a specialist in commercial property investment, valuation, development consultancy and property market research.  She develops Cushman & Wakefield’s investment services focusing on both local as well as international investors.  Mina also actively advises developer on the strata title office development. She holds a First Degree in Architectural Engineering from University of Indonesia and an MSc in Property Investment from CASS, London.

Paul Noonan has twenty-three years experience in quantity surveying which includes twenty years with WT Partnership, having worked with WTP in Indonesia, Australia and Hong Kong. Most of Paul’s time has been spent in Indonesia from where he has successfully delivered over 600 projects across the country. He has also serviced a number of projects in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Brunei, Hong Kong and Singapore. Paul has managed the Jakarta practice since 1999 and was promoted to Director in 2005.
