    The development must have been completed after January 2016 or have a completion date before December 2018 and be located in a recognised resort tourism destination (winter or summer) in China.

    The development must have been completed after January 2016 or have a completion date before December 2018 and have an average price per square foot of more than US$4,000. Must have a show unit. Must be located in Hong Kong or Macau.

  • Best Luxury Condo


    The development must have been completed after January 2016 or have a completion date before December 2018 and have an average price per square foot of less than US$4,000. Must have a show unit. Must be located in Hong Kong or Macau.

  • Best Housing Development


    The development must have been completed after January 2016 or have a completion date before December 2018. Must have a show unit. Phases of multi-phase developments are eligible for entry. Must be located in Hong Kong or Macau.

  • Best Retail Development


    The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2018. Must be located in Hong Kong or Macau.

  • Best Office Development


    The development must have been completed after January 2015 or have a completion date before December 2018. Must be located in Hong Kong or Macau.
